At Scorpion Girl Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully prepare our skincare and beauty orders and aim to provide a positive shopping experience.

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened.
In their original packaging.
In the same condition as received.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible at scorpiongirl.beauty@gmail.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

The 48-hour reporting request does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
